Field Ops by Auspice

Field Ops is being built for service businesses that have to prove the work: photos from the job, a clean closeout report and an invoice that matches. It isn't available yet. We're testing it on our own jobs first, and this page shows exactly where it stands.

The problem

The job ends at 4. The paperwork ends at 10.

Photos sit in the camera roll mixed with everything else. Mileage goes in a notebook. Closeout reports and invoices get rebuilt by hand at night, and a missing photo can hold up payment for weeks.

Big field-service platforms solve this with dispatch boards and monthly fees built for larger teams. Field Ops is meant for owner-operators and small crews who mostly need the proof and the paperwork done right, and for the facility management firms whose vendors have to deliver that proof consistently.

How it's designed to work

  1. On site

    Log your arrival and take before, progress and after photos, kept with the job instead of the camera roll.

  2. Leaving

    Log your departure. Notes and details can be filled in later, not while you're standing in the parking lot.

  3. Back at the office

    The closeout report and invoice start from what you captured on site, ready to review and send.
