What you can hold us to
Guidance, support and protection are easy to say. These are the specific commitments behind them. They apply to every client, every project and every care plan.
You own it
Your domain is registered in your name, in a registrar account you control. Your hosting, analytics, Search Console and Google Business Profile accounts are yours too. We work through access you grant, and you can remove it whenever you like.
The Exit Kit
Every build ends with a handover package: the site files, a list of every account and who owns it, how-to notes for common changes, and instructions for moving to another provider. It comes with a handover letter signed by founder Andrew Scott confirming that your domain and accounts are registered to you. You shouldn't need our permission to leave.
Accessible by design
We build to WCAG 2.1 AA practices: readable contrast, keyboard navigation, real headings, labeled forms and text alternatives for images. We don't use accessibility overlay widgets. No one can promise a site is lawsuit-proof, and we won't claim that, but building it right from the start reduces the risk.
Plain pricing
Our starting prices are published. Every project gets a written, fixed-scope quote before work starts. If something would cost more than quoted, we ask first. Third-party costs like domain renewals are paid by you, directly, in your own accounts.
Straight answers
If your site doesn't need replacing, we'll say so. We don't guarantee search rankings, because no one honestly can. We never write, buy or trade reviews. We only claim what we've actually built and tested.
Your business stays private
Your pricing, customer lists, scopes and business data stay confidential. We never contact your customers, never sell client data, and never reuse one client's material for another.
Our conflict policy
Auspice Technology Group is part of Auspice Enterprises, which also runs a commercial facility services company. We build websites for cleaning, janitorial and floor care contractors only when they're based and working outside Kentucky, West Virginia, Ohio and Indiana. Facility management firms and brokers can hire us for websites and marketing anywhere. We don't do bid, proposal, estimating, pricing or vendor-management work for anyone in the facility services industry.
For every client in that industry, our sister company is disclosed in writing and acknowledged before work starts. Client data lives in separate accounts that our other company never sees or uses. Field Ops subscriptions are open to any service business under the same data separation.
Your opportunities stay yours
For Systems and Portals clients: we don't bid against you, pursue the accounts you pursue, or contact your customers. Work we process for you is returned under your name. Systems and Portals work isn't offered to facility services companies, so our sister company is never put in that position.
