Cancellations and Refunds

This policy is being reviewed by a Kentucky attorney. If anything here differs from your signed Web Services Agreement, the signed agreement controls.

How to cancel

Email andrew@auspicetechnologygroup.com. Email is all it takes, and we'll confirm the date your cancellation takes effect.

Website plans

A website plan is a 12-month commitment. If you end it early, the remaining payments come due, and once they're paid the site files are yours.
If we end a plan for any reason other than unpaid invoices, you owe nothing more and we hand over the site files.
Your domain and accounts are yours the whole time, and we never take your site offline to collect a bill.
After 12 months, care continues month to month and can be cancelled anytime.

Care plans and monthly outreach

Cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you've already paid for.
There's no cancellation fee, and we don't refund part of a month.

Projects paid once

If a project ends early, you pay for the work done to that point at our hourly rate, up to the quoted price.
If your deposit is more than that, we refund the difference. If it's less, we invoice the rest.
You own the work you've paid for, and we hand over its files.

Set-price services

Cancel before we start and you get a full refund.
Once the work is delivered, it isn't refundable. If it doesn't match what we described, tell us within 30 days and we'll make it right at no charge.
An email outreach pilot can be cancelled for a full refund until sending starts. After that, it runs its 30 days.

Third-party costs

Domains, mailboxes, sending tools and other services you pay for directly are between you and those providers, and their own refund rules apply.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Square.
