Terms

Terms of service

Effective November 2026. Plain English on purpose. These terms cover this website and how we sell our services.

Draft pending attorney review

These terms are being reviewed by a Kentucky attorney. For client work, the signed Web Services Agreement is what applies, and if anything here differs from it, the signed agreement controls.

Who we are

Auspice Technology Group is a brand of Auspice Enterprises LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company based in Greenup County, Kentucky. "We" and "us" mean Auspice Enterprises LLC.

Using this website

The information on this site is general. It describes our services and prices but isn't professional advice for your situation. We work to keep every page accurate and update it when something changes. Prices are in U.S. dollars and don't include sales tax.

How we agree on work

  • No work starts until we've both signed a Web Services Agreement with a website plan, care plan or written quote.
  • Website plans are a 12-month commitment, paid monthly. Care plans are month to month.
  • Set-price services are done for the price shown on our pricing page when you order them.
  • Custom work gets a written, fixed-scope quote. If something would cost more than quoted, we ask in writing first.

Payments

Payments are made by card through Square. Monthly plans are charged automatically on your billing day, and Square's emails include a link to update your card. Invoices are due within 15 days. Where sales tax applies, it's added to your invoice as its own line.

What you own

Your domain, hosting, Google and analytics accounts are registered in your name. The website we build for you becomes yours, files and copyright included, once it's paid for: at handover if you pay once, or after the 12th payment of a website plan. We keep our own tools, templates and methods, and you get a permanent, free license to use any of them that are part of your site.

Email outreach

When we send email outreach for you, you're the sender. Every message goes out in your name, to people you approve, after you approve the message. Every message includes your business address and an easy way to opt out, and opt-outs are honored. We never send to purchased lists of personal email addresses.

What we promise, and what we don't

We build to WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility practices and don't use overlay widgets, but no one can promise a site is lawsuit-proof. We don't guarantee search rankings, traffic, calls or sales. Our full promises, and the limits on what either of us owes the other, are in the Web Services Agreement. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.

Kentucky law

Kentucky law governs these terms. Any court case will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Greenup County, Kentucky.

Changes

If we change these terms, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. Changes don't alter a signed agreement unless we both agree in writing.
